Such an adorable card! It's from Pinterest, and there was no mention of an artist nor a link. I have a fondness both for pink and for newsprint/bookprint so I just love this.
Someone asked if the Valentine card and tag needs to be for a sweetheart. You can make it for anyone you like... a friend, child, sweetheart or generic enough for all of the above. Go wherever the muse takes you. I'm sure your partner will love it.
