Since I am not very familiar with the gals yet, I can't really guess at this. But, I CAN say that it is a very sweet and classy card (although a bit threatening?).
One of you is correct. Would the artist herself like to comment?
I LOVE that lady! Threatening....nah, she's just looking for love. I laughed the entire time I was making these cards that year. I'm impressed if you saved it all this time! Marie....you know me as well as some of my family!

I know it's Joyce cause I have a card similar she made me one year. I loved this card so much she is always sitting in a frog (pointy flower frog) in the living room.
