Isn't this card adorable? I found it on Pinterest, and it originated on this delightful blog. It was made with Stampin' Up punches. I love the veil and top hat. The sentiment is great too!
Does anyone do paper embossing (like the edges of this card)? I did it many years back, and as I recall it was fairly quick & easy. I've seen so many cards with embossed backgrounds lately that it makes me want to revisit this technique. You can also buy paper that is already embossed.

I did paper embossing the old fashioned way with stencil and stylus but now they do it with all those plates and die cut machines...of which I have none. This card is OWLdorable! Creative bliss...
