Let's start off with some cute lovebirds. I just love this card that I found on a Pinterest board. It was actually a card that was sold in the SunkissedKeepsakes Etsy shop. Very simple and sweet layout. The birds are so cute, and I love the little bowtie and veil!
I would also like to introduce my own lovebirds today. This is my son Justin and his fiance Julie's Save the Date card. They are such a great couple. My son is a wonderful young man. Very wise and kind. Very much like his dad. He works with mentally ill patients, holding group therapy sessions, helping with ECT treatments and as a recreational therapist in an acute psychiatric hospital. He also travels to hospitals in Missouri teaching crisis management and intervention to hospital staff. His fiance is an RN. She is so sweet, and already such an important part of our family. They are both living and working here in the St Louis area, but they are getting married in a church in Julie's hometown in Kansas. The reception will be held outdoors on her family's farm. It is going to be a rustic, DIY reception. I will share some of the fun wedding projects Julie and I have been working on as the month progresses.
That's it for today. Visit tomorrow for Vintage Image Saturday!

Linda you must be so very proud to have your amazing son and his fiance moving forward in their lives together. Their wedding will be wonderful with the farm reception. This little birdie card is uber cute. Blessings...
Thanks, Sherry! I apologize if I sounded a bit boastful when I described him- I'm just a proud mom! (although don't get me wrong-he's still a boy so he aggravates me plenty too, as they all can!)
So glad to get to see the future bride and groom. A farm wedding sounds wonderful. Anxious to hear the details.
that is a sweet card but your own lovebirds are the best ! You have every right to be a very proud mom !
It is a blessing and a wonderful feeling to know you raised children who have turned into caring, productive and giving adults. (())
Linda, I just happened upon your blog and I mush tell you how enjoyable the visit was. I love all the vintage pictures and the cards that you have made. Maybe I'll happen upon it again. Great wedding ideas also...thanks for the memories! Blessings
