This is the card that I made for this month's giveaway. It features an old friend of mine and some of my favorite trims. I had Raggedy Ann everything in about 1970 or so! I still have an old Raggedy Ann lamp on my studio table. I always prefered a raggedy ann or an old baby doll over a frilly fancy new doll any day. I really haven't changed much!

This is so cute. I want to let the ladies know that to be careful with adding embellishments to cards if you are going to mail them. I took a card to be mailed this week and the post office told me if they aren't flat they are now going to treat them as a package. They would cost 2.32 to mail a normal size card with embellishments. Yikes. That is a lot.

P.S. Elizabeth is right...I have had to pay ridiculous postage rates for any card that is more than 1/4" thick or even a little bump. I just had to for a card with a tea bag in it. Takes the joy out of mailing anything when the postage is more than the item inside.
